About the Role
The Information Technology (IT) Directorate is responsible for information management and related information and communication technology to enable the Department to achieve its strategic, tactical and operational goals through digitalisation of business services and optimisation of IT systems.
This role is responsible for managing the department's ICT infrastructure, systems, and support services to ensure a reliable, reliable, and responsive IT environment. The position oversees technical operations, system administration, business systems analysis, network architecture and security, and end-user support to maintain operational continuity and service excellence.
