Provide administration and coordination services to support the day to day running of the Charles Darwin University (CDU) Alice Springs Campus
About the Position
The Campus Coordinator position is based at the Alice Springs Campus and sits within the Community Connections team. Reporting to the Campus Administrator, the position works collaboratively with the other members of the Community Connections team to deliver front-line services for Student Central, Student Accommodation management, as well as the administration requirements for overall campus operations and enhancing the student experience
About You
To be successful, you will require:
* Education, training and/or relevant experience equivalent to completion of Diploma and/or Certificate IV in a nationally accredited qualification.
* Demonstrated high level of customer service with good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to communicate in a culturally sensitive manner with internal and external stakeholders to whom English may not be the first language.
* Demonstrated ability to work both independently, engage in proactive teamwork and effectively liaise with management, staff and other stakeholders through respectful open behaviour.
* Demonstrated advanced computer literacy skills, with experience with various dedicated online applications and platforms. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applications, including Teams and SharePoint
Additional Key Selection Criteria at Level 5:
* Completion of a Degree without subsequent work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education or training.
* Strong organisational skills, including the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing demands without compromising high standards or quality of service.
* Considerable experience working in an accommodation, education, operations and/or facilities environment.
* Lead Management of student accommodation rates, student refund processes and student accommodation finance reporting.
* Knowledge and competency in the application of University or TAFE processes and systems.
Appointment is contingent upon receipt of a satisfactory National Criminal History check and a valid NT Working with Children clearance
Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Professional Employee Level 4/5. The base salary will be in the range of $70,037 – $87,716 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $81,943 - $102,627 per annum inclusive of 17% superannuation.
