We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Clinical Nurse to join our high-performing Medical/Surgical team.
This direct leadership role will support the Nurse Unit Manager and act as a professional resource, lead, and support person for team members, providing patients with dedicated and specialized care.
You will participate in Quality improvement Programs aligned with organisational and departmental strategic plans.

As a trained nurse, you will have exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum 3 years' experience within an acute medical/surgical ward
* Proven ability to act as a positive role model and as a professional
* Team leading experience
* Portfolio management aligned with nursing standards
* Excellent time management skills and well-developed clinical problem-solving skills
* A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance
* Postgraduate qualification in a specialty area desirable but not essential
A competitive salary package will be offered based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
Salary
A base hourly rate ranging from $54.72 - $58.82 + superannuation, reflecting your value to the organisation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must provide a National Policecheck conducted within the previous 12 months. According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunization against infectious diseases.
