The Product Manager will drive the delivery of our solutions.
This role is essential in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products from inception, product launch, and ongoing support and monitoring of key product metrics through to end of life.
Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Support the development and maintenance of the product vision and strategy in line with business goals and objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work with stakeholders to understand customer needs and gather feedback.
Product Roadmap Execution: Manage the product roadmap, prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals, and ensure timely delivery.
Collaboration: Work closely with technical product owners and development teams to translate product vision into actionable tasks.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure products meet expectations.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams for cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
Prototyping and Testing: Collaborate with design teams to produce and test prototypes, identify weaknesses, and obtain client feedback.
Skills and Experience: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in SaaS product management.
Domain Expertise: Understanding of product domain, market landscape, and customer requirements.
Technical Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with technical teams.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software development processes, Jira, and Aha
