* Running a caseload of merits review and judicial review matters for Commonwealth Government agencies.
* Day-to-day carriage of matters and management of litigation timelines.
* Drafting advice, prospects assessments and litigation strategy.
* Preparing evidence and managing court-ready materials.
* Drafting submissions and other court/tribunal documents.
The ideal candidate:
* Experience in public and administrative law with a litigation focus.
* Excellent drafting skills across advice and submissions.
