We are looking to hire an experienced part-time cleaner to complete common area cleaning across several residential apartment buildings in the Bentleigh, Carnegie, Hampton & Kooyong area.
* This is an immediate start from Monday 2nd February onwards
* Previous cleaning experience required. min 1 year or experience
* Car required, Fuel and Travel time paid
* Option for casual role also
Hours and days are on a fixed roster each week plus all travel between sites is also paid. This role would be best suited to someone that has their own car as public transport can be challenging in these areas.
Duties include cleaning of common areas only, lift polishing, glass cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc. As the Caretaker/cleaner, you will also be monitoring minor repairs and maintenance requirements to our friendly helpdesk and maintenance team.
