CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking HR Labourers and Leading Hands to join our client's team on various civil projects across the Lismore Region, NSW. These roles are suited to civil labourers with HR driving experience, and experienced leaders who are confident in guiding crews while working hands-on in the field.
What's on offer:
* Local work in the Lismore region
* Monday to Friday – 10.5 hour days
* Day shift

Role Requirements:
* Current HR Licence
* Previous experience in HR driving and civil labouring
* White Card (Construction Induction)
* Physically fit and able to assist with manual tasks
* For Leading Hand applicants – proven experience supervising or coordinating small crews on civil sites
* Reliable, with a strong work ethic and safety-first attitude
