With multiple new projects commencing, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contract Administrator to support upcoming delivery needs.
Your new role
As part of the Contracts Admin team, you will play a key role in the commercial management of construction packages across complex, large-scale projects. Responsibilities include:
Managing procurement and overseeing the tendering process
Preparing scopes, trade comparisons, and contract documentation
Assessing progress claims, variations, and EOT submissions
Maintaining cost reports and forecasting
Working collaboratively with Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams
Ensuring contractural compliance and maintaining strong subcontractor relationships
You will be supported by an experienced commercial team with access to clear development pathways.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum 3 years' experience as a CA in commercial, multi-residential, or large-scale construction
Strong understanding of procurement, contract administration, and cost control
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced project environment
Degree in Construction Management or equivalent
