Program Management Professional
Chevo is seeking an experienced Program Management Professional to join our expanding team. This position offers the opportunity for significant client interaction and provides a chance to become a trusted advisor. The ideal candidate will demonstrate versatility in understanding and performing work related to supporting a Program Management Office.
This role involves working closely with clients to develop technical documentation, review processes, conduct research, and facilitate ongoing customer engagement activities. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for supporting Customer Relationship Management, Enterprise Requirements Management, and coordinating data calls and requests for information.
To excel in this position, candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of federal government experience, preferably in supporting an IT Program Management Office with a focus on Stakeholder Communications and Engagement.

Job Responsibilities:
* Develop technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders
* Review processes to improve customer experiences
* Conduct research and provide feedback on customer satisfaction
* Facilitate ongoing customer engagement activities
* SUPPORT CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT by providing customer support to improve interaction with Department and other agencies to improve service delivery
* SUPPORT ENTERPRISE REQUIREMENTS MANAGEMENT includes, but not limited to defining, analyzing, tracing, prioritizing, and agreeing on requirements and then controlling change and communicating to relevant stakeholders
* Coordinate with client to manage data calls and request for information
* Appropriately manage priority requests, as well as providing professional and timely communication to both internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
* At least 3 years of federal government experience
* Previous experience supporting an IT Program Management Office with focus on Stakeholder Communications and Engagement
Desired Qualifications:
* Prior experience working in CBP or DHS
