This initiative builds upon the success of the Electronic Staff Record (ESR), a pioneering HR and payroll system processing £55 billion annually for NHS colleagues, representing 7% of the UK's workforce.
The successful candidate will lead a team supporting NHS organisations in their digital transformation, focusing on enabling the NHS workforce to thrive in a modern environment and driving long-term change.
The role involves leading complex projects, working with stakeholders at all levels, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have experience in workforce management, digital innovation, and strategic leadership, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
