Responsibilities
* Lead the development of a future-state strategy and roadmap for Cochlear's website and digital platforms.
* Champion innovation and continuous improvement to ensure the business is future-ready.
* Collaborate with global stakeholders to align priorities and deliver impactful releases.
* Partner with UX, development, and content teams to deliver a seamless, high-performing digital experience.
* Drive experimentation mindset, leveraging user insights and A/B testing to optimize conversion and engagement.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has 7+ years' experience in digital product ownership and managing web development teams, with strong expertise in enterprise CMS platforms and proven track record managing complex, multi-market websites.
