Vinnies is looking for a full-time Store Manager at Vinnies in Picton who is passionate about driving retail operations and building a high-performing sales team. The person in the role will have demonstrated strong retail operations and people management skills. You will also have the ability to effectively coach and motivate a diverse team to succeed in the role.
Your Responsibility
* Leading, growing and developing a team of paid employees and volunteers
* Ensuring extraordinary customer service is provided to every customer, every time
* Embedding exceptional operational and visual merchandise standards
* Meeting and exceeding sales and KPI performance of the store
* Champion the voice of the donor by upholding the highest standards in product sorting, pricing, and placement
* Building and supporting the volunteer workforce and engaging with the local community
* Role-modelling a 'safety first' culture in store
* Use the company’s mission and values to support decision making, act as a brand advocate inside and outside of the store
You Will Need
* Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high-volume retail
* Strong leadership skills; with good fashion sense
* Strong focus on customer experience
* Proven people management skills or experience in managing people, training and coaching
* Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets
