Reporting to the National Business Manager (NBM), the National Account Executive is responsible, alongside the NBM, to deliver the volume, profit and business targets for RedBull Australia whilst delivering the external metrics that are key for Woolworths. With responsibility for the Woolworths P&L, you will be interacting closely with internal and external stakeholders such as Account Teams, Field Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Shopper, Category and buying teams to build, maintain and accelerate best-in-class Joint Customer Plans to deliver sustainable growth for RedBull Australia.
Responsibilities
- Working with key internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute the customer strategy that will deliver the growth targets set by the business, such as Volume, 3N and AER.
- Be a key stakeholder for the delivery of the Woolworths P&L, achieving volume and profit targets.
- Communicate and negotiate key commercial frameworks that are set by the business or by the customer, maximizing return for RedBull as the key priority.
- Proactively manage customer contact strategy to remove obstacles to progress.
- Timely meetings with key contacts to ensure development of overall business plan in conjunction with the National Business Manager. Contacts will include Soft Drinks Buyer, Field Teams, Digital Managers and Marketing teams.
- Build and maintain internal contact strategy to raise the internal profile of the sector and improve internal buy-in.
- Collaborate with Shopper Marketing, Category Management, Supply & Logistics, Field Sales, Net Revenue Management, Finance & Brand.
- Own reporting and data management.
- Ensure the day-to-day fundamentals of the account are met, including promotional submissions, forecasting and performance review, and work with finance to ensure DSO and invoices are reconciled within targets.
Qualifications
- Degree qualified, preferred
- A self-starter with a proven track record of P&L management, budget and growth delivery
- A few years (minimum) sales experience, ideally with existing NAE experience within the FMCG sector
- Strong ability to build effective relationships internally and externally, with a demonstrated range of influencing skills
- Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills. Evidence of supporting, executing and delivering business plans and/or KPI's
- Travel 20-30%
