Various hours and work types (sessional, permanent and fixed term) are available.In this role you will:Work as part of a multidisciplinary team and lead the provision of complex adult cardiothoracic or thoracic surgery services to patients.Utilise your specialised experience and demonstrate your expertise in advanced therapies, including minimally invasive thoracic surgery, endovascular valvular and vascular grafts, minimally invasive cardiac surgery, and thoracic organ transplantation to obtain benchmark outcomes and clinical excellence.Promote personalised, safe, and timely care.Lead and promote the organisational culture of care, integrity, respect, excellence, and teamwork.Actively address clinical risks and delays in patient care for individual patients.
