**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated and energetic PLT student to join our Kemps Petersons Legal team in **Sydney**. This role is a full-time permanent position. Reporting to the Principal Solicitor, you will be responsible for assisting various teams in areas of civil litigation, property, debt recovery and by-laws drafting, consolidating and proofing documents.
The key activities you will experience include:
- Client management
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Performing legal research
- Collating information, records, and documents
- Ad-hoc work on a diverse range of legal matters with our lawyers
**About you**
- Ideally you will have experience in document drafting, data entry and administrative processes, but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the rest
- You're known for outstanding client service and communication skills (written & verbal).
- You can professionally and sensitively deal with clients and third parties.
- You have an eye for detail and exceptional time management skills.
