Exciting opening for an Operations Administrator / Coordinator to join a leading healthcare equipment provider based in Perth.
**Description**
Duties will Include, but not limited to;
- Managing and ordering of materials and raising relevant PO's
- HSEQ - Identify and report on continuous improvement
- Client correspondence and assisting with work order quotes
- Review and update Asset Register
- Scheduling of technicians and liaising with customers
- Running service and maintenance reports
- Provide administrative support to Sales Managers and Production Managers
**Profile**
As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Health or Logistics industry exposure
- Excellent communication both written and oral
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Great problem-solving skills and use of initiative
