Job Description
Lead end-to-end recruitment across both manufacturing and back-office rolesBuild talent pipelines and advertising strategies (SEEK, direct sourcing, labour-hire partners)Conduct onsite interviews, including group interview formatsPartner with hiring managers to understand skills, capability gaps, and workforce needsManage casual pools, casual conversion processes, and agency engagementImplement and improve recruitment workflows in BambooHRTrack recruitment activity and candidates using spreadsheets and system reportingSupport the broader HR team with initiatives across onboarding and workforce planningHelp shape, modernise, and embed recruitment processes from the ground up
The Successful Applicant
Experience recruiting in manufacturing, FMCG, food production, or blue-collar environmentsComfortable handling high-volume, diverse candidate poolsConfidence running onsite interviews and engaging with leaders A passion for creating process, improving systems, and building structure from scratchStrong communication skills and the ability to navigate competing priorities
