Are you a senior HR professional with deep industry experience, ready to support a rapidly growing and transforming organization?
We are seeking expressions of interest for an upcoming HR Business Partner role within a fast-paced, commercially focused environment. This role will support internal scaling, enterprise-wide technology implementation, and evolving operating models. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, strong change leadership skills, and agility to navigate ongoing transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, aligning HR strategy with business goals.
* Drive workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and cultural initiatives.
* Lead and embed change initiatives, especially around technology and HR practices modernization.
* Analyze HR data to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve outcomes.
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring legal and policy compliance.
* Provide guidance on organizational design, performance frameworks, and leadership development.
About You
* 5–7+ years' experience in strategic HR roles, preferably in growth-oriented or industry-specific environments.
* Experience leading HR transformations, including technology implementations and structural changes.
* Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, offering strategic and hands-on support.
* Strong commercial acumen, agility, and proactive HR leadership skills.
* Industry-specific experience (e.g., retail, energy, manufacturing, logistics) is highly desirable.
