About the role:
We are currently seeking a skilled, energetic and experienced Sales Manager to join our Allflo family. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets in your designated geographical area while managing a team of sales professionals.
Your key responsibilities will be:
· Prepare budgets and submit estimates for sales team
· Set individual goals and help sales team with their individual goals
· Building and expanding relationships with clients
· Working with the marketing team to produce and execute marketing campaigns
· Conduct research to identify and pursue potential clients
· Work with the marketing department to coordinate mail outs, e-mail blasts, website updates and promotional material
· Following prospective client leads and converting them into sales
· Provide quotes and estimations according to company guidelines
· Preparing budgets/reports on company growth
· Liaising with various stakeholders and departments
You will be:
· Self-confident, well presented with a positive can-do attitude and motivated to be successful in sales development for Allflo.
· Must have minimum 3 years Sales Manager experience
· Highly driven, a great communicator, excellent networker, and referrer
· Strong leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing high-performing sales teams
· A great listener, building rapport and empathising with the customer
· Persuasive and know how to read the customer and demonstrate initiative to take control of any situation
· Experience using CRM and/or ERP systems
· Extremely knowledgeable on product and industry and have insight to the customer’s needs
· Focused, planned and organised
· Highly energetic, competitive, and ambitious to get the job done
· Clear on every step of the sales process, including objection handling and closing the sale
· Sales driven, supporting the company to exceed sales targets and break all records
· A great presenter and follow our sales process to win the customer every time
· Approachable, presentable, and a collaborative team player
· Providing outstanding advice and service, building everlasting trust
