**A bit about us**
Queensland Cotton is owned by Olam Agri, a global leader in supply chain management of agricultural commodities. In December we celebrated our 100 year anniversary - that's a century of proudly supporting the ag industry here in Australia.
We operate in multiple products including cotton, cottonseed, chickpeas and mung beans, and our colleagues across 30 plus countries, handle dozens of other commodities too. We are having a bumper season so you're joining at an exciting time!
**Who we seek**
To be successful, you will be well-versed with export documentation and have experience working a small and friendly team, in a busy environment. You will have amazing attention to detail and a calm, flexible style. You will take excellent ownership for your work and have advanced time management skills to ensure work is prioritised and well-executed. Experience with SAP is highly desirable.
Some of the varied activities that you'll require experience with, include:
- proofing Letters of Credit
- preparing export documentation
- phyto certificate process
- certificatesproforma invoices, invoice documents, packing lists
- data entry pertaining to sales contracts and shipping orders
- preparing packing instructions
- liaising with shipping lines and proofing draft Bill of Ladings
