**The Opportunity**
Due to continuous growth within the firm, they are looking for an experience Administrator with a professional services background to support their accounting team, and someone that is passionate and eager to enhance their Administration career within public practice accounting!
This is a perfect role for someone that is ready to step it up in their career and take on more variety and challenging tasks!
**Your duties may include, but not limited to**:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Answering incoming calls
- Assisting the Corporate Secretarial Administrator with administration duties when required
- Basic invoicing
- Filing/scanning
**About You**
- At least 2+ years experience working in public practice accounting, or professional services setting
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Able to build rapport with clients
