You'll also ensure that key performance indicators contained within the Management Agreements for those properties are met.What’s In For YouEngage with a diverse workforce representing 20 different countries, fostering a rich mix of perspectives and ideasReceive a competitive salary package commensurate with experienceOpportunities for professional growth and career advancementImmerse yourself in a vibrant company culture with monthly gatherings, including drinks, morning teas, movie and game nights.Make a meaningful impact by contributing to local communities and charities.Enjoy Company-partnered discountsSick Leave BonusBenefit from our unwavering commitment to your career developmentAbout UsSentinel Property Group is a leading property investment fund with over $2 Billion in Assets Under Management (AUM), delivering returns of 19.05% Internal Rate of Return (IRR) per annum across over $1B of historical transactions -- with 966 active High Net Worth investors.We currently manage 62 commercial properties across 15 active trusts including Caneland Central (Mackay's #1 Shopping Centre) and Casuarina Square (NT's #1 Shopping Centre), led by our CEO & Founder Warren Ebert (aka the 'Property Whisperer').At Sentinel Property Group, we foster a dynamic and rewarding work environment that continuously evolves to create opportunities for professional growth, financial advancement, and career progression within the property investment sector.Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:AdministrationProvide monthly reporting for the property as noted in the Management Agreement and to the Client’s directives.Actively manage rental arrears and provide regular reports to the Asset Manager.Review and monitor Tenant Information Forms (TIFa), lease audits, and carpark management.Ensure billing accuracy and implement lease term increases and charges.Approve and arrange timely payment of building-related invoices within the delegations of authority.Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Facilities Management team, including raising purchase orders (POs) and coordinating invoices.Coordinate and assist in inspections, providing advice as neededIdentify and resolve building-related issues, including function, appearance, cleanliness, security, and contractor management.Assist in contract administration, procurement, and management.Coordinate invoices in conjunction with the Property and Facilities Management team.Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and presentations as required.Assist in the preparation and monitoring of departmental budgets and expenses.Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and organising documents.Process ManagementMaintain detailed tenancy schedules and ensure up-to-date insurance.Conduct data analysis on sales, door counts, traffic figures, and marketing initiatives.Handle tenant correspondence efficiently.Relationship Building & CommunicationWork closely with tenants to address complaints or requests.Maintain open communication and clear delegation of tasks and information.Additional ResponsibilitiesOptimise portfolio performance.Monitor tenant compliance with lease obligations.Manage and direct tenant queries.Build strong relationships with stakeholders.Provide support to Property and Facilities Management teams as needed.Please reach out directly if you would like the full position description.Are you someone with?Tertiary qualifications in real estate or a related field (preferred but not essential).Experience in commercial property management/Facilities Management (preferred but not essential).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Proficiency in MS Office platforms.How To ApplySentinel Property Group is an ever-changing environment where no two days are alike!
