Responsibilities include:Sourcing and researching both on-market and off-market propertiesAttending inspections and open homesLiaising with agents, solicitors, and building consultantsManaging client relationships and property briefsSupporting the Director with daily EA tasks to ensure seamless executionCoordinating contract exchanges and handling administrationMaintaining a high standard of presentation and communication across the businessOpportunity to grow your own client pipeline over timeWhat We're Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who brings energy, initiative, and professionalism.
