Our Client is a national Furniture Wholesale business based the Northern Suburbs with distribution centres Australia wide. Founded back in the early 2000’s they have grown to be one of the leading furniture wholesalers/ traders in Australia and NZ.
Their purpose is to provide Australia's furniture retailers with products that lead the market in Design, Value & Quality. As a company we also have a very strong focus on providing exceptional service to our customers.
They supply some of the well know companies such as Freedom furniture, Harvey Norman, Forty winks, Domayne, and Berkowitz as well as a number of international + hundreds of independent retailers across Australia.
THE ROLE:
The role we are currently looking to fill is a full-time delivery driver. Must have an MR license. The existing warehouse team will be able to assist you throughout your journey with them, however some experience in the field of delivery driving, warehouse management & distribution would be preferred.
As they continue to grow as a business, their warehouses & logistical team are constantly facing new challenges to ensure we continue to provide customers with the best possible service when it comes to managing & delivering their products.
They are looking for someone that can work alongside their warehouse & logistics team to help coordinate & facilitate the supply side of our business to ensure we can continue to grow as a business, while still fulfilling our purpose & promise to customers.
Renumeration is $60,000pa

* ➢ Is very well organised. We pride ourselves on running a tight ship, however this can only happen if we have everyone onboard with our vision and policies. It's critical that everyone understands and appreciates the need for organisation in the warehouse.
* ➢ Strong computer literacy is critical to ensure you can work efficiently and meet the demands of the role. Having recently introduced a new ERP system, much of the information required to operate will be derived from your PC
