Role Overview

As Team Leader, you'll be the hands‐on supervisor of our friendly on‐site teams, ensuring smooth, efficient day‐to‐day operations of the business. You'll be the link between the on‐ground teams, our admin team and our founder, maintaining quality, efficiency and client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support our small teams on‐site with their day‐to‐day tasks.
• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and respectfully, following client needs.
• Communicate clearly with the admin team about schedules, updates, and any issues.
• Manage team assignments, delegate tasks, and resolve on‐site problems.
• Oversee safety standards and respectful handling of client belongings.
• Provide compassionate, professional service in emotionally sensitive environments.
• Report progress, incidents, or changes of plans to staff members.
• Train current staff and model healthy and respectful team culture.
• Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring vans and warehouse are fully stocked and organised.

What We're Looking For

• A natural leader who can motivate a team and solve problems on the go.
• Professional, compassionate, and great at multitasking.
• Strong communicator with experience in client‐facing or team management roles.
• Experience in removalist, cleaning or logistics industry (preferred).
• Ability to manage high‐pressure situations calmly and compassionately.
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive with a can‐do attitude.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
• Physically capable of lifting, packing, or moving as needed.

Pay: $31.00 – $35.00 per hour

Licence/Certification: Driver Licence (required)
