Job Title: Aboriginal Child Protection Caseworker
Key Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with parents, family members, children or young people in a sensitive and respectful manner.
* Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans to ensure the well-being of children and young people.
* Manage complex cases involving high-risk clients and their families, including court processes and document preparation.
* Provide home visits and assistance to families to address safety and well-being concerns.

Requirements
* A relevant diploma or degree qualification (or at least 2 years' experience working with vulnerable children, young people and their families).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.
* A valid driver's licence and a paid working with children clearance number.
