About the Role
We're looking for an experiencedRehabilitation Consultant(Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist) to join our growing team inPerth.
You'll deliver high-quality workplace rehabilitation and case management services, supporting clients through their recovery and return-to-work journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting Initial Needs, Workplace and Ergonomic Assessments, and Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs)
Developing and implementing tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work plans
Liaising with insurers, employers, treating providers and other stakeholders
Providing timely, professional case management and reporting
Ensuring service delivery aligns with WorkCover WA and Comcare standards
What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualification inOccupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
Current registration withAHPRAor membership withESSA
Experience in occupational rehabilitation or workplace injury management
Excellent communication and stakeholder-engagement skills
A client-centred, evidence-based approach
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
