Job Title
We are looking for an Electronics Specialist to join our Technical Services Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in electronics and the ability to problem-solve.
About the Role
The Electronics Specialist will provide on-site remedial and preventative services on a wide range of electro-mechanical devices, ensuring excellent service delivery and building positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Service, maintain and install wagering and gaming equipment located within our venues, clubs and pubs.
* Conduct preventative maintenance checks to identify and address potential issues before they impact operations.
* Prioritise and manage work schedules to achieve the best outcomes for both the customer and the business.
* Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* An interest in electronics with some prior experience servicing electronic equipment, whether gained through work, hobbies or personal projects.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Integrity, respect and a can-do attitude.
* Willingness to obtain and maintain applicable licences, and a full driver's licence.
* Ability to work on a rotating roster that includes weekends and evenings, providing you with a varied and engaging work schedule.
