Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and coordinate daily internal sales enquiries, quotations, and order processing
2. Oversee logistics operations including truck schedules, dispatch, and inventory coordination
3. Provide leadership and direction to warehouse and delivery staff to ensure efficient, safe operations
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with trade and commercial clients
5. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate communication
6. Support the branch manager with operational planning and staff supervision
7. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across sales and logistics functions
8. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply teams to meet customer demand
9. Uphold workplace health & safety standards and compliance across the warehouse
