* Collaboration with Optometrists to drive sales growth and enhance patient care
About You
We are seeking an experienced retail leader who can coach and motivate staff to deliver excellent selling and customer service skills. Ideal candidates will have a background in retail management, preferably with experience in optical or healthcare industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leverage coaching skills to develop effective sales strategies and customer service techniques among team members
* Maintain a positive working environment that fosters open communication and collaboration
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager (or similar) or higher retail management position
* Able to demonstrate experience working with budgets and scheduling staff in compliance with local labor laws
* PREFERRED: Tuesday to Saturday availability
