What You'll Be Doing
* Be the go-to support for our sales consultants
* Keep contracts, pricing and promotions accurate and up to date
* Maintain our CRM and online listings so customers always see the right info
* Create flyers and sales materials that make our homes shine
* Spot competitor activity and share insights with the team
* Help with site plans, pricing requests, and reporting
* Make sure compliance and quality standards are never compromised
What You Bring
* 3+ years' experience in sales administration (bonus points if it's in residential construction)
* A knack for organisation and time management
* Clear communication and customer service skills
* Comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Enthusiasm, initiative and a drive to get things done
