Responsibilities

* Working with our clients to understand and document how we'll configure Dayforce to their business needs
* Working with our team to design, configure and deliver a solution that works for our clients
* Helping our clients along the way to get ready to use their new Dayforce solution, working side by side to get their people ready or by giving them advice and support throughout the project
* Helping us learn how we can do better from project to project

Skills and Qualifications

* Specialised Rostering: Proven experience managing complex, high-volume rostering and scheduling specifically in the Health or Aged Care sector.

* The enthusiasm and energy to support a collaborative culture and ensure project timelines are met
* A positive, proactive approach to communication and learning
* Attention to detail and a commitment to customer service.
* Experience in payroll, workforce management or HR systems

We'll support you with

* Training, guidance and assistance to develop new or existing experience
* Competitive salary package
* Future career opportunities in a growth business
* Employee benefits including flexible work arrangements, salary packaging, and an employee assistance program
* Agile and innovative work practices
* Supportive learning environment
* Friendly and engaging work environment when you choose to come into the office
* Emphasis on internal promotions
* Opportunities and training to move between roles
