About the role

The City of Coffs Harbour is seeking a Team Leader Customer Experience to guide a passionate team in delivering outstanding service, whether face‑to‑face, over the phone, or online. In this role you’ll help customers access what they need quickly and easily, enable digital self‑service, and ensure smooth operations through smart systems and efficient processes. With a strong focus on coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how the City connects with its community.

About you

To be successful in this role you’ll bring a Diploma in Business Administration or Management (or equivalent experience), strong leadership experience in customer service operations, and a solid understanding of delivering high‑quality service across multiple channels. Your excellent communications, problem‑solving skills, and confidence with digital systems will help drive a culture of customer‑first service and continuous improvement.
