The Role:
This is a fast-paced role for someone who loves creating content and enjoys working across a wide range of projects.
You'll create and publish engaging video, social and editorial content that supports Nova's campaigns, talent and station activity.
One day you might be producing social content for a national campaign, the next you're jumping into live radio to create content in real time or supporting key marketing initiatives.
What you'll be doing:
Working closely with the marketing and programming teams, you'll be involved across the full content lifecycle, from ideation and planning through to production, editing, publishing and performance optimisation.Alongside content creation, you'll play a key role in supporting the day‐to‐day running of Nova's digital channels and outputs.
Skills you will have
We're looking for someone with strong fundamentals and a desire to learn:
* A strong foundation in producing and editing video content, with the ability to work quickly in a fast‐moving environment.
* Experience creating, publishing and managing content across social platforms.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities.
* A proactive, can‐do attitude, curiosity to learn, and confidence working with multiple stakeholders across teams.
* Technical experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
* Bonus points if you've worked in media, marketing, entertainment or a similar content‐led environment
