The Role: Orchestrating Process and Product Integrity
This position requires a methodical professional to navigate the complexities of a sophisticated Quality Management System (QMS) while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Spearhead Quality Deployment: Lead the continuous improvement of the site QMS, ensuring total alignment with ISO 9001 and broader regulatory mandates.
* Navigate Product Lifecycles: Direct quality activities for New Product Introductions (NPI), including First Article Inspections (FAI) and comprehensive process validations.
* Orchestrate Risk Mitigation: Perform and maintain rigorous product and process risk analyses, utilising FMEA, DFMEA, and PFMEA frameworks.
* Optimise Problem-Solving: Apply structured methodologies (8D, Root Cause Analysis) to investigate and resolve non-conformances, warranty claims, and Out of Box Failures (OOBF).
* Facilitate Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with R&D and Engineering to ensure robust design transfers and the effective implementation of quality requirements.
