Every day presents a new challenge, and you will find this environment engaging.Job DescriptionAs a Site Technology Specialist, you will collaborate with clinical trial sites to provide technical support and expertise related to imaging/radiology, including radionuclide/radioligand therapy and cell therapy operations, collectively referred to as 'technology.'This position is based in Macquarie Park, Sydney.You will:Determine technical resources needed for project implementation and communicate these needs to department managers.Assist in designing and implementing study-related forms, guidelines, and manuals concerning technologies.Organize technical training sessions for project teams.Support and advise site monitors/CRAs on study technologies.Assist with clinical trial site equipment qualification surveys.Support site initiation activities and perform technical visits to assist site teams with technology aspects.Provide technical and application training and ongoing support to clinical trial sites.Offer real-time support to resolve image quality issues.Coordinate data collection and resolve queries related to technologies such as nuclear medicine, radiology, and cell therapy.Track and report specific technical timepoints related to study procedures, including imaging and scans.Ensure proper documentation of study-specific assessments involving technologies.Provide technology-related information for proposals to Business Development.Participate in Bid Defense Meetings and present at Investigator’s Meetings.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Science, Medical Radiation Science, Medical Radiologic Technology, Diagnostic Imaging, Radiotherapy, Biomedical Imaging, or related fields.Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Nuclear Medical Technologist (NMT) or similar role.Experience in clinical nuclear medicine tasks, including operation and QC procedures for PET imaging agents and RLTs.Prior experience in clinical trial conduct.Proficiency in English; conversational skills in Mandarin, Korean, or Japanese are advantageous.Cultural intelligence and an international mindset to support diverse regions within APAC.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and proactively.Strong problem-solving skills for complex challenges.Comfortable working in dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environments.Willingness to travel regionally as needed.Additional InformationTake your career to the next level by joining a company that invests in its people’s professional growth.
