THE ROLE A Farm Manager vacancy has arisen for a modern production facility in Central Western NSW.
Prior poultry livestock experience is required, preferably but not necessarily in Meat Breeders.
Those with prior broiler or layer industry experience are invited to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES Care of poultry flocks with emphasis on welfare, uniformity and flock performance; Leading, training and motivating a team to achieve high performance targets; Foster and promote a culture of continuous improvement in animal welfare, biosecurity, productivity and environmental awareness.
REQUIREMENTS Reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and attention to detail; Prior experience in poultry livestock management; Ability to lead, organise and manage a team to meet and exceed targets; Ability to work in a team environment.
LOCATION Wellington in the Central West of NSW.
