The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee all kitchen operations, including breakfast, events, and curated dining experiences. You will balance creativity with discipline, leading a small team while maintaining strong financial and operational control.

* Lead and manage all kitchen operations

* Control food costs, labour, ordering, and stock
