About the Opportunity
As a Regional Account Manager VIC with Fonterra, you will build and maintain robust business relationships with Distributors and End Users in the North/South-East territory of Victoria, whilst executing key Distributor and End User activity plans.
Reporting to the AU Sales Manager South West, you will be joining our experienced and passionate Foodservice Sales team. You will be responsible for achieving budgets within your territory and contribute to plans that provide profitable growth opportunities for Fonterra.
This position will also see you:
* Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities within the distributor and end user network.
* Communication and activity coordination with end user sales teams.
* Assist in developing accurate sales forecasts by notification of changes to the appropriate account manager.
* Market and pricing intel shared to help inform sales tactics.
Based at our Richmond head office, this role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work model with work-from-home (WFH) ability.
About You

You will also have:
* Previous experience in Foodservice or FMCG sales.
* 1-5 years of selling and negotiation experience.
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
* Customer-centric mindset with strengths in problem-solving and strategic thinking.
