The Company
Troocoo is proudly partnered with a values-led, growing manufacturing organisation that offers its customers a variety of top-quality products. We are recruiting a Manufacturing Manager on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Position
The Manufacturing Manager will oversee the complete manufacturing process and workforce to ensure that products are manufactured safely, meet specifications, and are delivered on time and in full by achieving the agreed KPIs.
Key Responsibilities Include
Manage day-to-day operations in the manufacturing plant.
Continuously improve production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, reduce costs, and minimise waste.
Ensure all tasks are performed safely, maintaining a safe working environment as per policies and legislation.
Develop, lead, and manage staff to ensure maximum performance and productivity.
Develop and implement production and preventative maintenance schedules.
Track material usage to keep waste levels within budget limits.
Manage production plans to optimise inventory and machinery utilization.
Monitor and report on manufacturing performance, maintaining accurate data in systems.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Manufacturing / Production Manager.
Experience in Food, Pharmaceutical, FMCG manufacturing, or similar environments.
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse workforce.
Proven experience applying LEAN manufacturing principles to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and reduce waste.
Strong knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies, including data-driven problem-solving.
Understanding of safety principles and behaviours.
Strong change management skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
