We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert-level technical support for end-users in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Salary Information
The compensation package includes a competitive salary range of A$95,000.00-A$135,000.00 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing timely and effective technical support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile apps.
* Analyzing problems to identify the root cause and providing corrective action, recommending solutions to clients.
* Responding to product-related questions for all supported hardware, software, and applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing deskside support/end-user computing role.
* Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
* Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to engage with end-users.
* Familiarity with MAC, Microsoft OS, and Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience with problem-solving in a support-oriented environment.
