Role
To be the right person for this role, you will have a growing body of experience within the telecommunications industry and unified communications, with competence in various Unified Communications technologies. Specifically, experience with UCaaS solutions like Microsoft Teams and Zoom is required, and you should be looking for your next big step. This role offers opportunities for career growth.
In this role, you will:

Contribute to the maintenance, support, and enhancement of UC solutions for SME and mid-sized customers.
Provide remote and occasional onsite support for voice infrastructure and related technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of Unified Communications issues.
Participate in occasional project work in the UC space.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should:

Have a passion for and be developing your understanding of telecommunications, especially Unified Communications.
Have solid experience troubleshooting and performing changes in UCaaS solutions.
Knowledge of Zoom and/or Teams is important; experience with Mitel, Cisco UCS, 3CX, Asterisk, and Avaya is a plus.
Have a good understanding of technologies such as VMWare vCenter/ESXi, Networking (DHCP, VLANs, HP Switches, Meraki), SIP Trunking/Devices, Fax over IP (FoIP).
Be self-motivated, autonomous, and a team player, committed to collective success.
Demonstrate dedication and a results-focused mindset.
Possess excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
Familiarity with Connectwise is a bonus but not required.
