We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess and prioritize patient needs for prompt and efficient care, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.
* Deliver vaccinations and maintain accurate vaccination records, adhering to regulatory standards.
* Schedule and support comprehensive care plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
* Perform ECG, Holter, blood pressure monitoring, and spirometry tests, utilizing advanced medical equipment.
* Provide wound care and assist with minor procedures, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills.
* Accurately input patient information into Best Practice software, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Nursing degree with current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
* Current certificates and licensure for CPR, vaccinations, and other essential services.
* Working with Children Check and criminal record check, ensuring a safe working environment.
