We are seeking a commercially perceptive and customer-focused Strategic Customer Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of key strategic mining customers.

This is an individual contributor role that works closely with internal sales, operations, service, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery and outstanding customer outcomes.

What Your Day To Day Looks Like

* Develop and implement customised account plans for key strategic customers.
* Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across our full product and service offering.
* Monitor account performance, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction metrics.
* Manage contract negotiations and renewals.
* Foster strong partnerships with branch teams, technical sales specialists, and operations.
* Participate in industry events and forums across North and Central Queensland.

About You

We are looking for candidates based in Townsville who understand the local landscape and value long-term customer partnerships.

* Proven experience in strategic account management or B2B industrial sales.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability.
* The ability to build trusted relationships at multiple organisational levels.
* Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
* Experience in bearings, power transmission and condition monitoring technologies.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
* Commitment to safety and compliance standards.
* Experience within industrial, manufacturing, mining, or related sectors will be highly regarded.
