Contact Centre Patient Liaison Role
This maternity leave contract with a possibility of extension is an opportunity for a caring and organised communicator to guide patients through their healthcare journey with empathy, clarity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound enquiries and make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads.
* Utilise the HubSpot CRM system to manage leads and meet booking targets.
* Provide clear, compassionate guidance to patients about their treatment pathway.
* Liaise with internal specialists and external partners to ensure seamless patient care.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to regular reporting to inform business decisions.
* Support marketing initiatives by identifying patient needs and feedback to drive service improvement.
* Deliver exceptional service across phone, chat, email and social media channels to ensure a positive patient experience.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
