We are looking for a sales-driven Business Development Manager / Clinical Educator to drive brand growth in Victoria South East and South Australia (Adelaide) and provide expert training to healthcare professionals.
The Role
This hybrid sales (80%) & training (20%) role is perfect for someone who thrives in a commercial environment and loves educating and empowering clients .
Key Responsibilities:
* Sell our premium skincare portfolio to healthcare professionals in Victoria (South East) and South Australia (Adelaide)
* Identify & develop business growth opportunities – build a thriving client portfolio
* Conduct clinical training – empower clinics with hands‑on education
* Represent Dermocosmètica at VIP events, workshops, and industry conferences
* Work collaboratively with sales & clinical teams to maximize market impact
* Travel interstate & regionally as needed - South Australia is treated as a country trip 3-4 times per year.
About You
You're a high-performing sales professional with a passion for aesthetics and education. You thrive in a fast paced environment where hard work really makes the difference.
* Proven BDM sales success – You have worked as a sales representative / BDM and have created an enviable record of success. Ideally that experience was in aesthetics, skincare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or a closely related field
* Strong business acumen – You run your territory like it's your own business. You wisely choose where to go and who to see. You build partnerships & close deals
* Qualifications in dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic nursing. You've done the study and have the certificates and diplomas that give you the credibility in front of your customers and peers.
* In-clinic training experience. Ideally you have run hands‑on training and are comfortable leading product demonstrations and training.
* Exceptional communication & presentation skills – comfortable educating professionals
* Self-driven & goal-oriented – motivated to hit targets and grow your portfolio
* Willingness to travel within Victoria & interstate
