Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional desktop IT support in a customer-facing role within a corporate environment.
Key responsibilities include coordinating and following up with end-users, building devices, performing diagnostic techniques, and routing problems to the correct resources. The successful candidate must also update documentation, including quick reference guides and support documentation, and contribute to existing knowledge bases.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to deal with corporate staff in a friendly and professional manner over the phone and face-to-face
* A minimum of 12 months experience in an IT Support/Help Desk role
* Strong IT troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
* Accurate record-keeping skills
* Co-ordination skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
