The Role
We’re seeking a motivated Sales & Technical Support Representative to join our team. This dual role combines inbound sales, customer service, and technical support, making you the first point of contact for customers. You’ll guide clients through product selection, process sales, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with engineers to deliver solutions.
Responsibilities
- Respond to phone, email & chat inquiries.
- Troubleshoot technical problems & escalate when needed.
- Process orders, quotes & follow-ups.
- Build customer relationships & identify upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in inbound sales, customer service, or tech support.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Able to explain technical concepts simply.
- Positive, proactive, and eager to go the extra mile.
- Mechanical/electrical or maker/engineering interest a big plus!
