About the role
This hands-on leadership role supports the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, team performance, and customer experience. You'll lead from the front, ensure the store is trading safely and efficiently, and step into leadership when required.
What you will do
* Support day-to-day store operations
* Lead, coach, and motivate the team
* Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and safety
* Oversee stock levels, inventory routines, and deliveries
* Ensure accurate POS transactions and cash handling
* Operate fuel consoles, food prep areas, barista stations, and lottery terminals
