Retrofit Specialist is a key role within our organization, responsible for driving the growth of Retrofit opportunities in allocated sales territories.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute regional strategy plans to drive sales growth and expansion.
* Act as a technical consultant to the sales team, providing expertise on Retrofit solutions and related activities.
* Drive local Regional Sales teams to work in-line with strategic plans to identify and capitalize on Retrofit opportunities.
* Support the Rolling Forecast process for nominated sales territories, collaborating with regional sales and service managers/directors.
* Achieve and exceed local and regional OI targets for Retrofit projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 7+ years of work experience in a similar role, preferably with expertise in Sales/Tendering/Applications/Mechanical or Hydraulic Engineering.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management (highly desirable).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with supervisory experience and negotiation/influence abilities.
* Proficiency in SAP, PC computer applications, and Microsoft Office programs.
* Ability to motivate subordinates, manage time effectively, and understand cultural nuances within regions.
